Dr. Todd Gray

• Over the course of a 20-year career, Dr. Todd Gray has served as a Senior Vice President in the health insurance industry; a national Chief Dental Officer; a state dental director; a business consultant; and a small business owner.  A trusted leader and advisor, he has consistently delivered successful outcomes within highly regulated environments, while helping implement solutions and technical processes that enable operational excellence, save time, reduce overhead, and maximize profitability.

  Cultivating loyal, trusting, and mutually beneficial relationships with clients and stakeholders has been the hallmark of his career.  As a lifelong Nevada resident and UNLV graduate, Todd has deep roots in Reno, Las Vegas, and rural Nevada and is committed to bringing an honest, collaborative spirit in the building, development, and implementation of winning strategies.

Attorney Mathew Work

• Attorney Mathew Work is a nationally recognized trial attorney; founding partner of Carlson & Work; he is a Professor of Law; Vice President of the Reno Charter Committee where he represents Mayor Hillary Schieve. Mathew is former General Counsel of Professional Sports Representation - the nation’s largest NFL Agency. In this capacity Mathew drafted and negotiated contracts for the NFL’s top coaches, executives and personnel. As a result of these experiences, Mathew remains a trusted authority in contract negotiations and business development.

  In 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020, Mathew earned recognition as Top 40 under 40 nationally, voted by the National Trial Attorney LLC. Mathew was also named Top 10 Trial Attorney by the Nevada Trial Lawyers Association. In 2020 Mathew was awarded Nevada Attorney of the Year by Top 100 Registry Inc.
